🙈🙉🙊It is packed with sugars, high fructose corn syrup, artificial ingredients and who-knows-what chemicals – all of which add up to a big BOO for your body!

By saying “no” to sugar, you also are saying no to fatigue, mood swings, cravings, blood sugar swings, stomach issues, headaches, and more …

…. And you’re saying YES to energy, focus, balanced moods, and feeling GREAT! 💃

 

By avoiding sugary treats altogether, you’re doing yourself a HUGE favor by avoiding cravings.

 

Sugar likes a party – and if you invite it into your system it’s going to make you crave even MORE of its sugary friends. 😵

👍It’s not worth ruining all of your hard work and will just throw you off course!

 

Halloween Candy-Crushing Tips:

Wait until the last minute to buy your Halloween candy.

Buy candy that doesn’t tempt you. (Hello candy corn, goodbye Butterfingers!)

Get any remainders out of the house as fast as possible! Donate it to a local food pantry.
