Threw the first punch of my life two weeks ago, and I've never felt better! I have been so intimidated and scared to join a gym, but I am SO happy I finally did and I am SO happy I chose ESDF. I look forward to going to my HIIT class every day because the workout is great, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging, and the overall environment is super positive. I joined the beginner Krav Maga class at Empire about 2.5 months ago and I have to say... I have never been more excited to exercise!! Every day that I have Krav, I am so excited to get there and start my work out. Every day that I don't have Krav, I am wishing I did! I have learned so much from Alan and the Empire Team already.
