I joined the beginner Krav Maga class at Empire about 2.5 months ago and I have to say... I have never been more excited to exercise!! Every day that I have Krav, I am so excited to get there and start my work out. Every day that I don't have Krav, I am wishing I did! I have learned so much from Alan and the Empire Team already. I am ecstatic that I am reaching my goals of becoming stronger and losing weight (8lbs down so far). Krav at Empire inspires me to be healthier in my overall life too. I can't wait for my next workout!
Threw the first punch of my life two weeks ago, and I've never felt better! I have been so intimidated and scared to join a gym, but I am SO happy I finally did and I am SO happy I chose ESDF. I love this place. Staff is friendly and engaging. They go out of their way to help you learn how to do things correctly and safely. I've never had so much fun exercising. Two weeks in and my hip is already feeling stronger. So glad I joined. No pressure, positive atmosphere.
My time and training with Empire is invaluable to me.
